New Relative Rabbit album

Post by DollarBill »

It took about 2.5 years, but Matt received a box of CDs today, so I guess it's done. So here's a lyric video to song #1 off the album, but since it's a concept album it won't make much sense until you hear the others.

No weird modular synth on this one, I just did guitars & bass on this one, the rest is all MAtt.

This is really good. I can hear the Zappa influence in the chord progression and beat. The vocal qualities and bar organ ssys YES. Killer guitar solo at the end would have liked more. Again, this is really good..

Thanks, it only (ha) took about 2.5 years this time, but that's mostly my fault as I've been working slower. On the plus side, I think the average song quality has gone up.

Thanks! I tried to stretch out on a few solos as you'll eventually hear, but for a while during all of this I was in a mood where 4 bars was justifiable, 8 bars was just being self-indulgent when it came to solos. Matt had to push me a little for longer solo sections.

Very cool guys, - glad you you had lyrics on the screen for me. I'm pretty bad to recognise them by my ear.
Anyway, a good song musically. And an interesting theme too. Bueno! :band: :headphones:
