Heya Marty!
That was a nice musical piece, that made me chilled and all. Listening to it on the Bandcamp and staring the colors and the songpic was a cool combination. Liked it!

Your "sedatives" have the opposite effect on me - perks up my ears. Really like the interplay between guitars, your natural play style always finds interweaving lines that my typically "composed" harmonization would never encounter. Inspiring as always, Marty!

Thanks Heikki. That is exactly how I intended the music to be played...as a backdrop to another pleasent task. Thanks for the ear.

Re: Another analogue composition
Thanks man. I always try to mix harmonies with disharmony. The layering so to speak. It is like falling, passing through the various interplays on the way down. Maybe I should try going up? None of this is planned except for the progression...sometimes. I just start playing until I stumble on something I like. Once I hit on it I try to clean it up and make it where I can play it again. This progresion took two or three takes until I settled down to something resembling a progression. The lead...well I think this one took three attempts until I could tolerate the result. Still, I had three sour notes I had to trim. I could have done a couple more takes but It was already getting repetitive.DollarBill wrote: ↑Thu Aug 18, 2022 12:48 am Your "sedatives" have the opposite effect on me - perks up my ears.
