Is that a genre? Well, whatever, here's some more. The wiring is tricky, but once you have it setup just plug in a plant and let it do the hard work of making the music. Every note here is generated by the plant, though some other bits help keep it in check as usually the notes come way too fast for this sort of thing.

I don't speak plant but that is pretty cool. How does that work?

I don't know the math behind it, but tiny variations in electrical signals between two electrodes are interpreted by the module it plugs into as notes and gates (when each note starts) - you can attach it to anything organic and it will do it, though sometimes on something that doesn't move (like a banana) the signal can quiet down over time - attaching them to yourself works the best.
On this one I sent a single note output to a splitter to randomly send the note to three different synth voices and three different delays, just so it wouldn't be quite so drab on its own.

Sounds almost alien, like talking to an alien, like it's trying to communicate I think this stuff is next level, how awesome

Well then. Either I need to have a drink of whatever you're having, or a few drinks less.
Thanks.

So cool really, gotta love the distortion on the sounds and all the details in the sounds.
I wouldn't be arsed to do this myself, but that's why you are the man for it.

It's good for days when I want to music but am too tired to guitar. Plug a few cables, see if something good happens, walk away whenever, and when you come back it usually sounds the same once the analog parts warm up. Usually. And pulling all the wires when you're done is therapeutic - never have to worry about getting that exact sound/rhythm/whatever again. Maybe something similar, but never the same.

Keep it up bro, it's fun to see you doing this all. You should make an EP with your setup. There's enough music fans for the experimental music.

So, is there a way one could interface this into a DAW based synth?

Yep. Many are proud to be DAW-less, but I integrate shamelessly. These little jams I do "live" as a challenge to myself, but if I'm working on a actual song and want some synth sound effects or a bass line, I'll sync it up through MIDI.
