I picked the flag of Norfolk Island, wherever the hell that is, mainly cos a dreary fen full of inbred Tories is kind of what Britain is heading for come Jan 1st anyway. Post-Brexit, all Britain will become fucking Norfolk.

Once installed, Dbl click on the image to open the image. Use Ctrl-r to enter image edit menu. Should see x and y size. lock aspect, Select pixels radio button, change to 150. select ok, back in main screen Shift-s to "save as"

Adobe Photoshop CS2 is a free download these days, takes 2 seconds to resize a picture, haha. - most likely there are some on-line ones too.
