Anarchism doesn't preclude "proper" government - ie, self-government, direct democracy. And for whatever it's worth, even with "proper government" (however you want to define it), the ruler is still the guy with the biggest stick. What do you think the police and military are for? :p

We are governed and ruled ants, protesters on the front line know this, rubber bullets, gas ect......
