New setup, same stuff.
New home looks functional - once you hide the clutter just out of frame and crop the photo. Of course, most people don't want something like this as the center of their living area, but luckily I have zero people to answer to now. Thus, the annoyingly big 43" computer monitor so I can sit way back in a recliner and use it to watch movies.

Re: New setup, same stuff.
Enjoy your new home bro, - hope you get some cool new music done in there!
I've been living in my place for 15 years now, well I like it here.
I have only one wall neighbor and even he is my good friend and doesn't nag about me playing music a bit louder.

Thanks, getting back into the flow, done a few things just not much worth sharing.
Oh, I guess I did this plus a demo on the Scion (the thing that in this video interfaces with the houseplant to modulate some filters and alter a few effects) - I forgot to post it here as it's more of a mood than a song.

I am with you on the "clutter at your whim." I have gear all over my front room. The spare bedroom had guitars on the bed. The computer is right here next to my recliner with the monitor on a swivel neck. Got my 4 most played guitars on stands within 10 feet.....and crap everywhere.
Glad to see you back.

Finally listened to your track. Sounds like a scifi or horror movie soundtrack. Nice gritty distortion on the sounds.
Kinda creepy, but a nice listen.
Could defo be used in a movie.

Yeah it's a little hairier than I wanted, wanted to go a little calmer but still unsettling. But you know how it is sometimes, music sometimes does what it wants instead of what you had in your head, and the hardware stuff does that doubly so.

Where did you move too? Still near Seattle? We're spending the winter running to LA and I hear all the trucks are chaining up, up on Snoqualmie to get over the pass. Much as I love it up there, I'm glad it aint me chaining up.
You know, in another life, some plant based musician is going to hook you up to electrodes to make tunes.
Very interesting and in what I would call the second movement, it kind of falls into an almost call and response thing with the sounds.
