Re: Do you play in your midi with a keyboard only?
Yeah man, sorry. Nothing personal, hehe. I just mean that what you're saying is probably very obvious to anyone who has tried recording MIDI, even if they've just done it once. So I guess I should have written that I think this advice is redundant, instead of bad. Also, I wasn't trying to insinuate ...

Re: Do you play in your midi with a keyboard only?
This is pretty bad advice I'd say, haha. I don't agree at all. It's a 100 times faster to play the melodies or chords you want in real time and record. You can always go in and even out the velocities and quantize stuff afterwards, takes about 10 seconds. EDIT: I mean, of course both ways of doing ...

What do you mean by that? When setting the level to 0, I don't get any sound at all, unsurprisingly.

Hey man. No, still on R10 and W7 here.
Stopped taking my medications about 3 weeks ago, and while my mental form has gotten better, I feel physically ill. Been nauseous every day, right now I'm on sick leave from work.

Setting up Kong to always play samples at 100% velocity
Hey guys, haven't been in here in a looong time, hope you're all good. I have a Kong related question. I've just bought an Akai MPD218 and set it up with Kong to play samples, but I haven't figured out how to set the NN-Nano Sampler to always play at full velocity, like you can on an MPC. I've ...

Karanprakash, that was not the question. No offence, but that right there looks like spam to me.

I like the melodies, but the mix is pretty squashed in compression.

Thanks. Haven't had time to hook up any music gear yet though, been busy with other things. I'm on 10.4 as well.

Re: Tracker beats
All of them were made with Fasttracker 2. Everything is programmed, note for note (some places I used the note retrig effect parameter to glitch it out). There are no delay or reverb effects (apart from volume envelope), so everything that sounds like delay is manually placed notes with lower volume ...

So I fixed my room
It has finally happened, after 8 or 9 months. I moved my shit from my small room to the bigger one and hooked up my main desktop. Gonna rig the soundcard, amp and monitors tomorrow or the day after and finally get back to Reason! I think I'll take some pictures tomorrow.
